Brandon writes two series for Bloomberg Businessweek. Since 2017, At Your Service has riveted millions of readers by offering unprecedented access into the closed-door world of ultra-luxury hospitality. For each entry, Brandon goes undercover taking on a different job—from butler at a five-star hotel to deckhand on a superyacht—to discover the secret sauce of how to cater to the propensities of the world’s wealthiest.
Brandon’s other column, Two-Night Minimum, began in 2023 as a reaction to the pay-for-play nature of much of leisure journalism. For these obsessively researched city guides, Brandon parachutes into a destination for an extended stay and seeks out a chorus of local voices to test hundreds of points of interest in order to create a concise list of must-tries for the globetrotting business traveler.
Additionally, Brandon’s writing has appeared in a variety of esteemed publications including Vogue, The Washington Post, Harper’s Bazaar, The Daily Beast, InStyle, The Globe & Mail, New York Magazine, Condé Nast Traveler, Travel + Leisure, AFAR, and New York Post.
